Create Smart Access sets

The Smart Access feature allows Admins to grant elevated privileges to specific participants for specific functions. Learn more about How Smart Access works.

Smart Access is managed through sets that are Group-specific and can be assigned to specific participants within the Group.

Navigate to Smart Access Sets

1. Tap Settings

2. Locate and tap Smart Access Sets

Create a new Smart Access set

1. Tap the add button in the bottom right corner

2. Enter a name for the set

3. (Optional) Select a preset

4. Review and toggle features for each Arc product

5. Tap Continue

6. Tap the name of the Group and then select which participants should be assigned to the set

7. Tap Back and then Create
