

Login issues can happen for a number of reasons. What best describes your situation?
Arc account creation (New User)
"Continue with Google"
You can create an Arc account using your Google credentials to make it faster and more convenient to login. If you use this feature, your Arc account will be tied to your Google account and cannot be converted to a traditional email address and password account.
If you lose access to your Google account, you will need to create a new Arc account and rejoin your organization.
If you are having issues logging in with your Google account, ensure you can login with another Google app on your device first, such as Gmail or Google Drive. If you are still having issues, contact Arc Support and we will help you resolve the issue.
No more seats available

The number of available seats for the selected product has reached its maximum. Administrators can purchase more seats using the Director's Dashboard or change product access to free up seats.
Login (Returning User)
Incorrect email and/or password

Delete and re-type your email and password
Ensure you are using the correct uppercase and lowercase characters
If you are still unable to login, follow the "Reset Password" instructions below
Lost access to email address
If you no longer have access to your email address to receive password reset requests, you can try to use the phone number associated with your Arc account instead. If that is unsuccessful, you will have to create a new Arc account using an active email address. To ensure the inaccessible account is not taking up a seat in the ensemble, the administrator can remove participants by following this guide.
Arc recommends that you request for your inaccessible account to be deleted by contacting us.
