Edit participant profile information

Profile information can be edited by administrators
Tap "Groups"
Profile information can be edited by administrators

Administrators have complete access to edit profile information for participants at the Group level. The following information can be edited by Administrators:

  • Profile picture (replace or remove)

  • Full name

  • Role

  • Product access

  • Smart Access Set

  • Vitals (year of school, section, height, shoe/shirt size, etc.)

Account information cannot be edited by Administrators, such as:

  • Email address

  • Password

  • Birthdate

  • Phone number

Tap "Groups"

Edit Group participant profile information

Select Group participant and edit profile information

  1. Tap the participant

  2. Tap Edit in the top right corner

  3. Alter information as necessary

  4. Tap Done in the top right corner
