Design Notes
UDBapp retains the text entered into the Pyware® production sheet and makes it visible to everyone. Users can personalize the Design Notes screen by rearranging note order and visibility to fit their needs.
All users can also take personal notes on each page of drill that remain private to their account. Personal notes let performers jot down reminders associated with specific pages of drill. For example, the count structure for an element of choreography or individual "hold" and "move" instructions.
Administrators can also edit the numbered notes fields, which are shared with the full ensemble. This provides the flexibility to add or edit notes as information changes over time. The main textbox that is displayed directly on the drill page can also be edited by Administrators.
