

Listening Zones are a Pro feature that provide a visual representation of sound delay depending on tempo and the location of the sound source. They are disabled by default. Follow the steps below to enable and manage Listening Zones.
Create a Listening Zone
Open a drill
Tap the
UDB button, then the
Settings button
Under "Drill Settings", tap
Listening Zones
Tap Manage Listening Zones
Tap Create New Zone
Select the tempo source dot, page range, tempo, and direction
Tap Create
Setting | Definition |
|---|---|
Tempo Source Dot | The individual that the ensemble on the field will "listen back to" for a tempo reference (typically a percussionist). |
Page Range | The length in pages that this Listening Zone will apply. If the tempo source dot needs to change during the drill, create two different Listening Zones accordingly. |
Tempo | The tempo of the music during this Listening Zone. If tempo changes, create an additional Listening Zone accordingly. |
Direction | Set the direction the tempo source dot will be facing (this impacts where sound travels) |
