Change participant roles

Roles in all Arc apps are assigned when participants join a Group through unique join codes. If needed, Administrators can change participant roles between Member and Staff after they have already joined the Group.

Roles are Group specific, meaning a participant could have a "Staff" role in one Group, and a "Member" role in another.

Change a participant's role

1. From the UDBapp home screen, tap Settings

2. Locate the "Your Group" section and tap Participants

3. Tap the participant

4. Tap Edit in the top right corner

5. Tap Role

6. Select a role and tap Save
